socks and tea towels

Lighter blue pair knit with 2.25 mm; 52 sts. 

Other with 3 strands, 36 st, 4.5 mm

Heel flap procedure is knit in the round for about an inch so the sock will hug my ankle.

Bug spots or alien eyes? Both would be kind of creepy.

tote and quilt

Rocketship crib quilt; a little threadbare around the edges. Skunk game with shrunk tote. Shepherd Classic Wool.

mindless knitting

Bernat Felt mixed with White Buffalo for a change of pace.







Grey chains are knit with vintage Woodward's T-bird polar wool. 5 hanks made 4 chains; i-corded.

Hat kick

Hats are fun and quick as you only have to make one, and not match it to anything like another sock or mitt. There are 8 cream hats in total from 965g. Orange and grey ones are White Buffalo and the red one is handspun. Magnets hold the chin strap.

Washed once. Needle felted snowflake.

Before washing. Will needle felt or duplicate stitch a design around the border afterwards.

Knitted yesterday; I hope it'll shrink down to size. It's 36" around.

Started yesterday. It's 8' long and 155g of NZ aran; hand dyed by Hand Maiden. It will bloom nicely when washed.

Handspun overdyed by Sandi mixed with black wool eyelash.

Based on a Lopi sweater pattern but with one opening for both legs.

EZ's baby surprise

Just finished the knitting part. Had to frog twice (did too many rows once and forgot to do one paired increase the other). I thought of doing paired increases at the corners when I cast off and should have to make the corners lay better. I started to edge the front neck but will have to sew the top of the sleeves before I can continue around to the other side. Texas cotton with 3.75mm.
